Who We Serve

The People Who Actually Bring Vehicles Here

Short answer

A full-timer has nowhere to sleep while the coach is in a bay. A fleet operator measures downtime per unit per day. Same shop, very different constraints.

OCRV Center serves 12 distinct customer situations across four groups: personal and recreational owners, commercial and business fleets, mobile business operators, and municipal and government departments. Each has different scheduling, documentation and payment realities.

The repair is only half of what you are buying. The other half is whether the shop understands your actual constraint, and that varies enormously between the people who walk through the door.

A weekend owner can leave a trailer with us for eight weeks in the off season and never notice. A full-timer cannot, because that coach is the house. A food truck operator loses a service window every single day the unit sits, which changes what sequencing decisions are correct.

These pages exist so you can see whether we have actually thought about your situation before you call.
