Short answer
A 4.8 average across 214 reviews, and the ones below were chosen because they name the vehicle, the damage and the actual outcome.
OCRV Center holds a 4.8 star average across 214 reviews from RV, camper van, trailer and fleet owners. The 30 reviews on this page cover collision repair, roof and water damage, slide out failures, paint work and fleet refinishing, with the vehicle and the repair named in each one.
What Owners Said
These are lightly trimmed for length only. Where somebody said a job took longer than quoted, that sentence stayed in, because a review page where nothing ever goes wrong is not a review page.

I caught a fuel canopy with the front cap in Bakersfield. OCRV tore it down in the first week and found the cage behind it had moved, which the first estimate from a shop closer to home had missed completely. The cap took nine weeks to arrive and there was nothing anybody could do about that. The finished paint match is better than I expected on a two tone coach.

We had a stain on the ceiling that I assumed was condensation. It was a roof seam that had been open for at least two seasons. They cut out the wet luan, replaced the section and resealed every penetration on the roof. About $4,800, which stung, and it would have been $900 if I had brought it in when I first noticed it.

Three mobile techs had looked at my inverter problem over eight months. The issue was a battery cable lug that had been crimped with the wrong die, and it only faulted under load, which is why nobody found it in my driveway. They load tested it in the shop and had it sorted in an afternoon plus the diagnostic hour.

The living room slide stopped retracting at a campground near Morro Bay and we drove home with it half out. Turned out the room had gone out of time and the opening was slightly racked from an old side impact the previous owner never mentioned. They re-timed it, replaced the seals and it has cycled cleanly for a full season.

Generator would start and then drop out once both air conditioners were running. They tested it under an actual load instead of at idle, which is apparently the whole trick. Carburetor and a fuel pump. I was not thrilled about the drive to Yorba Linda from Shorecliffs but there is nowhere down here that can put a 35 foot coach indoors.

A tree branch went down the curb side and creased three panels. I was worried an RV shop would treat aluminum like fiberglass. They formed the replacement panels, matched the rivet pattern, and you have to know where to look to find the repair. Insurance covered most of it. The estimate they wrote held with no supplement.

Clipped a low overhang and bent the service window frame, which meant I could not open. They found out I had a contracted Friday brewery slot and split the job so I only lost four service days instead of nine. Paid an extra $500 for air freight on the extrusion and it was easily the best money I spent that month.

Soft floor near the entry step. They opened it up and showed me photographs of a corner seal that had failed and wet subfloor across about four feet. I appreciated being walked through it rather than handed a number. Final bill came in slightly under the estimate, which I did not expect from any shop.

They told me straight out that my budget was not realistic before taking a dollar, which I respected. We phased it instead. Structure and floor first, then paint the following spring. Almost every part had to be fabricated because nothing exists for these coaches anymore. The hours add up fast and I knew that going in.

Front cap had a spiderweb crack that spread over two summers, and there was delamination in the sidewall next to it. I got two other quotes that were lower and vaguer. OCRV tapped the whole wall and mapped how far the separation went, which was much further than the visible bubble. Nine weeks and about $16,000.

Rear ended at a light. The adjuster valued my build at almost nothing until OCRV itemized the lithium, the Victron gear and the cabinetry labor with part numbers and my original invoices. That paperwork moved the settlement by roughly $18,000. The body repair itself was straightforward and took about three weeks.

Full repaint on a coach with badly chalked clearcoat. I will be honest, the number was higher than I wanted and I called three other places before coming back. What sold me was that they explained the prep hours instead of just quoting a total. Seven weeks in the shop. The finish has held up through a hot summer of storage.

We run nine units and one spare. They put us on a one in one out schedule and ordered parts for the next truck before the current one left, so we never lost a route. The lift gate on unit 4 had a bent mount that two previous shops ignored while they kept replacing cylinders. That is why it kept failing.

Awning fabric tore in wind at Doheny and one arm was bent. Simple job, about $1,100 with the arm. What I noticed was that they checked the mounting rail sealant while it was off and found two screws that had backed out. Small thing that would have been a leak in a year.

Hydraulic leveling would not retract one jack and the coach sat cocked in my driveway for three weeks while I called around. Nobody local touches these. OCRV had it towed in, replaced a cylinder and a solenoid, and recalibrated the system. Around $3,400. The drive up the 73 is not bad on a weekday morning.

Bubble on the off door sidewall about the size of a dinner plate. Three years old and out of factory coverage, which was a bad afternoon. OCRV explained how lamination fails and why it spreads in this climate. They repaired the section rather than replacing the whole wall and saved me several thousand doing it that way.

My generator was browning out mid appointment and I lost two days of clients trying to get it looked at. They found the van had been wired for a smaller dryer than the one I upgraded to four years ago, so the circuit was overloaded the whole time. Rebalanced the panel and replaced the breaker. No mobile option, so I planned around the drive.

Low speed hit with a steel front bumper and a winch. The bumper had a scratch. The frame horn was bent about a quarter inch, which I never would have found. They measured it, pulled it back and reset the front suspension geometry to my lift specification rather than factory. Five weeks total, mostly waiting on a mount.

Subfloor was rotten along the street side and there was frame rust underneath it. This was not a cheap job and it took eleven weeks. They sent photographs every week or so without me having to ask, which mattered because I could not see the progress myself. The floor is solid now and it does not creak at the door.

Added solar and a second battery and the charge controller kept faulting in the heat. Turned out it had been mounted in a sealed cabinet with no ventilation by whoever did the original install. They moved it, ran proper cable and tested the whole system under load. Diagnostic hour got credited against the repair like they said it would.

Rear corner and roll up door damage from a loading dock. They quoted eleven days standard or six days expedited for about $1,600 more, and told me to work out which one made sense against what the truck earns. Nobody had ever given me the choice like that. We took the fast path and it was worth it.

Major front end damage. The carrier initially wanted to total it and OCRV gave me a real repair number so I could argue the point with actual information. It took four months, mostly waiting on parts for a coach whose builder no longer exists. Long, expensive and handled honestly the whole way through.

Small trailer, small job. Roof reseal and a new vent lid after eighteen months parked in the sun. Under $1,200. I half expected to be pushed to the back of the line behind the big coaches and that did not happen. In and out in three days with photographs of the sealant work.

Rock took out the driver side of a two piece windshield on the 15. Glass was six weeks out, which I did not love hearing, but they were upfront about it on day one instead of stringing me along. They also found and resealed the surround, which had been leaking into the dash area for a while.

Our cabin would not hold temperature above about ninety degrees outside, which affects whether we can run procedures. The rooftop unit was undersized for the equipment load. They documented the fault, the test method and the verification on the invoice, which our compliance officer needed. They were also clear they do not touch the dental equipment itself.

City asset with a crushed compartment and a bent tailgate structure. Parts for this body were discontinued years ago so they fabricated the door frame and the shelving. Invoiced against our purchase order with no deposit, which most body shops cannot seem to accommodate. Weld detail was documented for our maintenance file.

Slide seals had gone hard and water was getting in along the bottom. They replaced all of them and checked the compression, then told me the opening was still square, which was a relief. Around $1,900. They also suggested cycling the slide monthly during storage, which I had never thought to do.

Interior remodel on a coach we plan to keep another decade. New flooring, reupholstered furniture, refinished cabinetry and a rebuilt bath. It ran about $34,000 and took nine weeks, which is roughly what they said at the start. My wife is picky about finish work and she has not found anything to complain about.

Somebody backed into the rear of our Class C in a grocery lot and left. The cabover seam turned out to be involved, not just the rear panel, so there was a supplement. They wrote it with photographs attached and the adjuster approved it without argument. Six weeks, and we made our Sequoia trip by about ten days.

Washboard roads in Baja had loosened the camper mounts and cracked a bracket. They fabricated new brackets rather than reusing the original design, which was clearly undersized, and checked the bed rail structure where it mounts. Reasonable cost for the amount of thought that went into it. Two weeks in the shop.

See the Work Instead
Reviews tell you how the process felt. If you would rather judge the result, the before and after gallery shows the same repairs photographed at teardown and at pickup, and the case studies carry the estimate, the supplement and the final invoice for six complete jobs.
