Every dollar figure published here is a range drawn from work we have actually completed. It is not a quote, it is not an offer, and it does not bind either of us. Two vehicles with identical visible damage routinely land at very different numbers once the panels come off.

Posted labor rates are current as of the effective date above and can change. Insurance-billed work may be written at carrier-negotiated rates that differ from the posted retail rates. The only number that means anything is the one on your signed estimate.

Collision estimates are by appointment. An RV systems estimate is $150 and an in-depth diagnostic is one hour at $285, both credited back against an authorized repair. No work begins without your authorization, and California law requires that we get your approval before exceeding an authorized amount.

Deposits apply as published: 50 percent at authorization on jobs over $2,000, an additional 25 percent when parts arrive on jobs over $10,000, and the balance at pickup. Special order parts require a full non-refundable deposit because they cannot be returned.

The technical material on this site describes how these vehicles are built and how they fail, based on what we see in the shop. It is general information, not a diagnosis of your specific vehicle, and it is not a substitute for having someone qualified look at it.

Manufacturer and carrier names appear on this site descriptively, to say what we work on and who we bill. We are an independent repair facility. We are not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any manufacturer or insurance carrier.
