Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

OCRV Center does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Privacy Rights Act. There is nothing to opt out of, but the mechanism exists anyway and we honor it.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your name, contact details, vehicle information or browsing behavior to anyone. We do not trade it, rent it or hand it to a data broker. We do not run cross-site advertising that follows you around after you leave.
How to Opt Out Anyway
Three ways, all of which work.
- Global Privacy Control
- If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we detect it, apply an opt-out automatically and record that we did it. No further action needed.
- Cookie preferences
- Use the Cookie Preferences link in the footer to reject analytics and marketing categories. Rejecting means those scripts never load at all rather than loading and being ignored.
- Ask a person
- Email info@ocrvcenter.com or call (949) 799-3387 and say you want to opt out. We will confirm in writing.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We will ask for written proof that you gave them permission, and we will verify your identity directly before acting, because acting on an unverified deletion request would be worse than delaying it.
Response Times
Opt-out requests are honored within 15 business days. Access, correction and deletion requests are answered within 45 days, extendable once by another 45 days if the request is complex, in which case we tell you before the first period is up.
