Accessibility Statement

OCRV Center intends this website to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
Our Conformance Target
We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That means text and background pairs meet a 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio for body copy and 3 to 1 for large text and interface components, every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, focus is always visible and never hidden behind sticky elements, and touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Automated testing
- Every build runs axe against every page template and a contrast validator against every color pair in the design system. A failure blocks the deploy.
- Manual testing
- We check keyboard-only navigation, screen reader announcement order, 200 percent zoom reflow and increased text spacing on each template.
- Structure
- Semantic landmarks, a skip link, one H1 per page, no skipped heading levels, and native controls wherever a native control exists.
- Motion
- Nothing auto-plays or auto-rotates. If your system requests reduced motion, animation and smooth scrolling are disabled.
Known Limitations
The embedded Google Map in the footer is a third party component and we do not control its internal accessibility. The full street address, phone number and hours are published as plain text immediately above it, so no information is only available inside the map.
Some historic repair photographs have brief alt text that describes the damage type rather than every visual detail in the frame. If you need a fuller description of a specific image, ask us and we will write one.

If any part of this site is unusable for you, call (949) 799-3387 or email info@ocrvcenter.com and describe what happened and what you were using. A person reads those. We aim to respond within two business days and to fix genuine barriers rather than argue about them.
If you would rather not use the website at all, everything on it can be handled by phone during shop hours.
