We Speak Insurance So You Do Not Have To

Short answer

We bill direct with every major carrier and tear the damage down before the estimate is written, which is what stops a claim from getting underpaid.

OCRV Center handles RV, camper van, trailer and commercial vehicle insurance claims from first notice through final payment. We bill direct with 16 major carriers and document hidden damage with evidence so supplements get approved rather than argued.

The single most common reason an RV claim gets underpaid is that the first estimate was written from the outside. Someone walked around the coach, saw a cracked cap and a scuffed panel, and wrote a number. Then the panel came off and the real damage was three times that.

That gap is not anyone acting in bad faith. It is a structural problem with how these vehicles are built. A laminated sidewall hides its own damage, and the separation keeps spreading for weeks after the impact. If nobody tears it down, nobody knows.

We write the teardown into the plan from day one. Panels come off, the structure gets measured and photographed under controlled light, and the supplement goes to your adjuster with evidence attached. It is not adversarial. It just removes the argument.
