OCRV Center publishes video walkthroughs of RV, camper van and fleet repairs, showing teardown findings, system disassembly and claim documentation. Videos are hosted on our YouTube channel and linked from this page.

Video is genuinely better than text for two things: showing how a mechanism comes apart, and showing what damage looks like from inside a structure. Both are hard to describe and immediately obvious once you see them.
So the videos we make are mostly those. A Schwintek column being pulled and the rack wear explained on camera. A wall opened up so you can see how far separation actually travelled past the bubble. A claim documentation package being assembled with the reasoning stated out loud.
None of it is produced. It is a technician with a camera explaining what is in front of him, which is the format that actually conveys the information.
What We Film and Why
Mechanism teardowns come first, because a slide or an awning is a system most owners have never seen with the cover off. Once you have watched a Schwintek column come out and understood what synchronization means mechanically, a technician telling you the room is out of sync stops being an opaque claim.
Damage progression is second. Water intrusion and delamination are cumulative and invisible, and the only way to convey the gap between what you can see and what is actually there is to open a wall on camera and measure it.
- Slide and awning mechanisms
- Schwintek, Lippert in-wall, hydraulic and cable systems with the covers off. Synchronization, rack wear and seal compression explained on the actual hardware.
- Water and delamination
- Moisture mapping, thermal survey and then the wall opened so you can compare the mapped extent to what was visible from outside.
- Claim documentation
- How a supplement package gets assembled: what gets photographed, what gets measured and how it is presented to an adjuster.
- Facility and equipment
- The frame rack in use, booth operation and welding work, so you can see what a structural repair involves rather than taking our word for it.
