Entegra Coach Repair

Entegra Coach Repair and Full Body Paint

Short answer

Entegra sits at the premium end with full body paint and heavy structure. Finish matching and booth depth drive the job more than bodywork does.

OCRV Center repairs Entegra Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Reatta and Accolade coaches for San Clemente owners. As an independent Yorba Linda facility we correct structural damage, blend multi stage full body paint, and service slide rooms, hydraulic leveling, hydronic heat and high capacity electrical systems.

Entegra builds at the upper end of the diesel pusher market with substantial structure and elaborate full body paint. The repair profile looks a lot like Newmar: the structural correction is usually straightforward because the build is solid, and the finish is where the hours and the skill go.

What makes an Entegra repair go well or badly is almost entirely paint planning. Where the blend lands, whether the panel can be sprayed continuously, and whether the multi-stage sequence is reproduced correctly.

Planning the Blend on an Entegra Scheme

An Anthem or Cornerstone scheme has graphic transitions, metallics and often pearl layers. The correct repair plan ends the blend at a natural break in the scheme rather than partway through a gradient, because a mid-gradient blend can be made to match head on and will read differently at an angle.

We spray out and verify against the actual panel under the same lighting before committing. Color match blending runs $500 to $5,000 and up, and full refinish runs $5,000 to $35,000 and up. On an Entegra, expect the upper portion of both ranges.

Blend placement
Planned to land at a scheme break. This decision is made before any paint is mixed and it determines whether the repair is invisible.
Multi-stage sequence
Metallic and pearl layers reproduced in original order and film build. Getting the sequence wrong changes the angular color even at a correct head-on match.
Continuous spray
Booth depth for a 45 foot coach so a full panel and its blend go on in one operation rather than two sessions.
Controlled cure
Bake cycle for consistent hardness and gloss. On a coach at this value, cure environment is part of the repair, not an extra.

The Systems Side of a Premium Coach

Entegra coaches carry hydronic heat, substantial hydraulic leveling, high capacity electrical and often significant solar. All of it rewards being addressed while the coach is already here for body work.

Leveling system service runs $350 to $6,500 and up. Hydronic and AquaHot service runs $750 to $8,500 and up. Solar and power system work runs $1,500 to $12,000 and up. Combining them into one visit saves you a second trip up from the coast.

Spartan, Freightliner and Where the Line Splits

Cornerstone and Anthem ride the Spartan K2 raised rail with independent front suspension and a Cummins diesel behind the rear axle. Aspire uses the Spartan rail as well. Reatta and Reatta XL move to a Freightliner raised rail. Accolade, Esteem and Vision are Freightliner S2RV Super C builds with a truck cab in front of the house, which changes the front end repair completely because now there is a cab to house seam in the picture. Odyssey, Qwest and Emblem are gas or cutaway builds on Ford and Chevrolet platforms, and Ethos is Ford Transit based.

That split matters more than the shared badge suggests. On a Cornerstone the front cap is a painted fiberglass shell bonded to a steel and aluminum superstructure and the correction is measured at chassis datum points. On an Accolade the front is a factory Freightliner cab, so the cab structure follows truck procedures while the house behind it follows coach procedures, and the seam between them is the part that leaks if the repair addresses only the visible damage.

One piece fiberglass roof
Anthem and Cornerstone use a molded roof rather than a membrane, so roof damage is structural fiberglass work followed by refinish to match the surrounding paint scheme.
Full wall slide loads
A full wall room on a 45 foot coach puts significant load into the opening. Room rebuild and structural correction $1,500 to $7,500 where the opening has moved out of square.
Parts through the Jayco network
Entegra shares a parts operation with its sister brands, which is more responsive than the premium segment average. Painted cap skins remain the item that sets the calendar.
Power systems
Large inverter banks, generator, hydronic heat and often significant solar. Solar and power work $1,500 to $12,000 and up, electrical labor posted at $260 per hour.

Entegra Coach Questions We Get Asked

Does Entegra have any affiliation with OCRV Center?

It does not. Entegra has not endorsed, certified or approved this shop and there is no business relationship between us. We are an independent California licensed repair facility, BAR number ARD00288521, in Yorba Linda. On a premium coach the questions that actually determine the outcome are whether the shop can measure a raised rail chassis and whether the whole coach fits in a booth for a continuous blend.

What is a spray out and why does my Anthem repair need one?

A spray out is a test panel sprayed with the mixed color, in the same layer sequence and film build as the repair, then checked against the actual coach under the same lighting before anything is committed. On a multi stage metallic or pearl the color reads differently at an angle if the sequence or the film build changes, so matching from a code alone is a guess. The spray out removes the guess.

Can you correct a leaking full wall slide on an Aspire?

Yes, and the first question is whether the opening is still square rather than whether the seals are worn. A full wall room on a coach this length loads its opening heavily, and seasons parked on uneven ground add to it. If the opening has racked, new wiper and bulb seals compress unevenly and the stain returns. We measure the opening, correct the geometry if needed, then replace seals and re-time the room.

How is an Accolade Super C front end repair different from an Anthem?

On an Accolade the front is a factory Freightliner cab, so cab structure follows truck repair procedures and gets measured against Freightliner specification, while the house behind it is coach construction. The seam between them takes load in a frontal impact and is the most common source of post repair water intrusion. On an Anthem there is no cab, and the whole nose is a painted cap bonded to the superstructure.

Can systems work be combined with body work in one visit?

That is how we prefer to run these coaches, because a second trip up from the coast costs you a day either way. Leveling service runs $350 to $6,500 and up, hydronic and AquaHot service $750 to $8,500 and up, and generator service is quoted after diagnosis. Diagnostics bill at $285 per hour with a one hour minimum credited against an authorized repair. Everything happens in the shop, since we run no mobile service.
