OCRV Center offers six bundled service packages that group related work at a lower total than buying each item separately. They cover roof and seal, slide-out service, coastal storage prep, fleet graphics and refinish, camper van systems, and post-storm damage assessment.

Bundles exist here for one practical reason: setup. Getting a coach on the roof access platform, masked, prepped and staged is a fixed cost, and once we are up there, resealing every penetration instead of just the one that leaked costs a fraction of what a second visit would. Same with slides. Once the room is out and the mechanism is exposed, replacing the seals while we are in there is cheap. Doing it separately in eight months is not.

So these packages are not a discount in the marketing sense. They are what the work actually costs when it is done together, passed along instead of kept. Every one of them lists the a-la-carte total and the bundle price so you can see exactly what the difference is.

Bundle pricing is for coaches up to 36 feet and vans up to a standard extended wheelbase. Larger coaches carry a size adjustment, which we will quote before you commit. All prices are customer-pay and include the labor and materials listed. Parts beyond what is specified are quoted separately.

Pre-Season Roof and Seal Package

The highest return package we sell and the one we push hardest, because water intrusion is the number one cause of RV loss and every dollar spent here prevents twenty later. Every penetration on the roof, and there are usually fifteen to thirty, gets the old sealant stripped rather than smeared over, then reprimed and resealed. Skylights, vents, antennas, AC gaskets, refrigerator vents, ladder mounts and the front and rear cap seams.

It includes a full membrane inspection with soft spot mapping, so if the decking underneath has started to go you learn about it now rather than when the ceiling stains. Book this four to six weeks before a trip, not the week of, because the inspection sometimes finds something.

What is included: Full roof inspection and soft spot mapping, all penetrations stripped and resealed, AC gasket inspection, cap seam reseal, membrane recoat on EPDM or TPO, plus a water test.
A-la-carte total: Roof inspection $285, penetration reseal $1,150, membrane recoat $850, water test $195. Total $2,480.
Bundle price: $1,895 for coaches up to 36 feet. Larger coaches quoted with a size adjustment.
When to book it: Every three to five years on the coast. Four to six weeks before a planned trip.

Slide-Out Service Bundle

Slides fail in a predictable sequence and almost all of it starts with seals. A hardened wipe seal lets water onto the floor at the leading edge, the floor softens, the room drops a few millimeters out of plane, the mechanism starts fighting the geometry, and eighteen months later a motor burns out that was never the problem.

This bundle interrupts that sequence. Rooms come out, mechanisms get inspected and re-timed, rails checked for straightness, gearboxes and motors tested under load, and all wipe and bulb seals replaced. Priced for up to two rooms. Three and four room coaches are quoted with an add-on per room.

What is included: Full mechanism inspection and re-timing on up to two rooms, rail straightness check, motor and gearbox load test, all wipe and bulb seal replacement, lubrication and a cycle test.
A-la-carte total: Mechanism inspection and re-timing $780, seal replacement $850, motor and gearbox load test $260, lubrication and cycle test $195. Total $2,085.
Bundle price: $1,595 for up to two rooms. Additional rooms $450 each.
Why it saves money: The room is already out. Seal replacement performed during a separate visit costs roughly double in labor.

Coastal Storage Prep Package

Built specifically for San Clemente, Dana Point and Capistrano Beach owners who park a coach for six to nine months a year within a couple miles of the water. Marine air does things to a stored RV that inland storage does not, and almost none of it is visible until you go to use the thing.

The package addresses the failures that come from sitting in salt air: battery sulfation, seal hardening, generator fuel system gumming, tire flat-spotting and corrosion at every exposed fastener and connector. It is meant to be run once a year at the start of the storage period, not the week before a trip.

What is included: Battery load test and conditioning, generator fuel stabilization and run cycle, all exterior seal inspection and conditioning, corrosion treatment on connectors and fasteners, tire pressure and condition check, plumbing drain and antifreeze, vent and screen inspection.
A-la-carte total: Battery service $325, generator prep $420, seal inspection and conditioning $385, corrosion treatment $290, plumbing winterize $265. Total $1,685.
Bundle price: $1,295 for coaches up to 36 feet.
When to book it: Once a year, at the start of the storage period rather than the end.

Fleet Graphics and Refinish Bundle

For fleet operators who need a unit repaired, repainted and rebranded, this eliminates the coordination problem entirely. Body repair, refinish and graphics happen in one building on one schedule, and the vehicle leaves once instead of going from a body shop to a sign shop and back.

Priced per unit for cargo vans and cutaways up to 16 feet. Box trucks and larger units are quoted individually. On multi-unit rollouts we complete one proof vehicle for your approval before the rest go into production, and the proof unit is included in the per-unit price.

What is included: Panel repair up to two panels, refinish with sprayed-out color verification, full graphics package reproduction or new design application, DOT and unit numbering, plus a clear protective overlaminate.
A-la-carte total: Two panel repair and refinish $2,450, graphics package $1,850, DOT and unit lettering $285, overlaminate $420. Total $5,005.
Bundle price: $3,950 per unit on cargo vans and cutaways up to 16 feet.
Fleet volume: Three or more units scheduled together receive batch intake and a proof vehicle at no additional cost.

Camper Van Systems Check

Camper van conversions concentrate a lot of systems into a very small envelope, and most of them were built by someone other than the manufacturer. That means the failure points are usually at the interfaces: where an aftermarket solar controller meets a factory alternator, where a roof fan penetrates a factory metal roof, where a house battery bank shares a ground with the chassis.

This package audits all of it. It is written for Sprinter, Transit and ProMaster conversions and it is particularly worth doing on a van you bought used from a private party, where nobody can tell you how the electrical was actually done.

What is included: Full 12V and shore power audit under load, solar array and controller output verification, inverter and transfer switch test, all roof penetration inspection and reseal, fresh water pressure test, propane leak test, and a written system diagram.
A-la-carte total: Electrical diagnostic hour $285, solar and inverter verification $520, roof penetration reseal $650, plumbing pressure test $285, LP leak test $195. Total $1,935.
Bundle price: $1,450 for standard and extended wheelbase vans.
Best for: Used conversions bought from a private party, and any van where the build documentation is missing.

Post-Storm Damage Assessment Bundle

After a significant wind or rain event, the damage owners find is rarely the damage that matters. A torn awning fabric is obvious and comparatively cheap. A roof seam that lifted, a slide topper that tore and let water sit on a roof edge for two days, or a vent cover that cracked and has been letting water in since, are not obvious and are considerably more expensive.

This assessment produces a documented condition report suitable for filing an insurance claim, which is the real value of it. Photographs indexed to findings, with a line-item repair scope attached, is what gets a wind or storm claim approved. A phone call describing the damage is what gets one denied.

What is included: Full roof and seam inspection with soft spot mapping, awning and topper assessment, moisture meter survey of interior walls and floor, penetration and vent inspection, photographic documentation package, and a line-item repair scope written for claim submission.
A-la-carte total: Roof inspection $285, moisture survey $385, awning assessment $195, documentation package $450, claim-ready repair scope $285. Total $1,600.
Bundle price: $1,150, credited in full against any authorized repair arising from the findings.
Why it matters: Storm claims are approved on documentation. An indexed photographic record with a line-item scope is the difference between paid and denied.

What This Costs at Our Posted Rates

Body and paint labor is posted at $210 per hour. Mechanical and electrical is $260 per hour. Diagnostics run $285 per hour with a one hour minimum that is credited back against an authorized repair. Ranges below reflect jobs we have actually completed.

Questions We Get Asked

Are these bundles actually cheaper than buying the services separately?

Yes, and each listing shows both numbers so you can check. The saving is real labor, not marketing. Once a coach is staged, masked and on the roof access platform, the incremental cost of resealing every penetration instead of one is small. Doing that same work as a separate visit means paying the setup twice.

Which package should I start with?

Roof and seal, in almost every case. Water intrusion is the number one cause of long-term RV loss and it is the failure that turns a $1,895 job into a $15,000 subfloor rebuild. If your coach is stored near the water in San Clemente or Dana Point, do the coastal storage prep package alongside it.

What if you find additional damage during a bundled service?

We stop, photograph it, price it and call you before doing anything beyond the bundle scope. Nothing outside the listed package is performed without your approval. On the post-storm assessment specifically, finding additional damage is the point, and that $1,150 is credited in full against whatever repair comes out of it.

Do bundle prices apply to a 42 foot coach?

Bundle pricing covers coaches up to 36 feet. Larger coaches carry a size adjustment of roughly $200 to $900 depending on length and system count, and we quote that specifically before you commit. The bundled saving still applies, it is just calculated against a larger a-la-carte base.

Can I use a bundle on an insurance claim?

The post-storm assessment is designed for exactly that, producing an indexed photographic record and a line-item scope written for claim submission. The maintenance bundles are customer-pay by nature, since carriers do not cover wear and preventive service. If the assessment turns up covered damage, that repair goes through your carrier normally.

How long does a bundled service take?

Roof and seal is typically two to three days. Slide-out service is two days for up to two rooms. Coastal storage prep is one to two days. Camper van systems check is one to two days. Fleet graphics and refinish is five to eight business days per unit. Post-storm assessment is one day plus report preparation.
