Where We Post Work in Progress
Short answer
Work in progress goes up between site updates. Reviews live on Google and Yelp where we cannot edit them, which is the point.
OCRV Center posts work in progress on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and maintains public review profiles on Google Business Profile and Yelp. Every channel is linked from the footer of this site.

This site gets updated in batches. The shop floor changes daily, so the social channels are where a job in progress actually shows up before it becomes a case study here.
Reviews are deliberately somewhere we do not control. Google and Yelp let anyone say anything, including the things we would rather they did not, and that is exactly why a rating there means more than a testimonial we selected ourselves.
What Goes on Which Channel
YouTube carries the long form technical walkthroughs, because that is the only format where a full mechanism teardown makes sense. Instagram and TikTok get the short version: a specific failure, a specific finding, thirty seconds.
Facebook is mostly where local customers ask questions and where we post shop news. If you want a reply from a person rather than a form response, that or the phone is the fastest route.
- YouTube
- Full repair walkthroughs and mechanism teardowns. Slides, awnings, delamination and claim documentation explained at length on the actual hardware.
- Instagram and TikTok
- Short clips of specific findings. Useful for recognizing a symptom on your own vehicle before it becomes an expensive one.
- Shop news, local questions and replies from a person. Good place to ask something small that does not need a phone call.
- Google and Yelp
- Public reviews we cannot edit. Read the negative ones too. A shop with no criticism at all across two hundred reviews is not a shop, it is a filter.
About Our Reviews
We do not offer anything in exchange for a review and we do not ask customers to leave one on a specific platform. What we do is ask, once, after delivery.
If your experience here was not good, tell us before you tell the internet. Not to suppress it. Because a shop that only learns about a problem from a public review has already failed twice, and we would rather fix it.
