- No mobile service. No roadside service. All work is performed at the Yorba Linda facility.

## Posted labor rates

- Body and Paint: $210 per hour. Structural, panel, fiberglass and refinish work.
- Mechanical and Electrical: $260 per hour. Chassis, 12V and 120V systems, generators, appliances.
- Diagnostics, Scan and Programming: $285 per hour. One hour minimum, credited against an authorized repair.
- Detail: $95 per hour. Interior and exterior reconditioning.

Materials: paint supplies $55 per paint hour, body supplies $5 per body hour, hazmat $45 flat. Parts under $100 carry 100 percent markup, over $100 carry 35 percent. Sales tax 7.75 percent on parts and materials. Labor is not taxed.

Deposits: 50 percent at authorization on jobs over $2,000. An additional 25 percent when parts arrive on jobs over $10,000. Balance due at pickup. 3.5 percent surcharge on card payments over $1,000.

## Insurance

Bills direct with Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA SoCal, AAA Enterprises, Mercury, Allstate, American Family, Wawanesa, National General, CSAA, Foremost, Liberty Mutual, Tesla Insurance, Cincinnati, AGWS. In California the vehicle owner chooses the repair facility; a carrier may recommend a direct repair program shop but cannot require one. Insurance-billed work may be written at carrier-negotiated labor rates that differ from the posted retail rates above.
